Coaching or consulting related to social media growth and client acquisition strategies
Additional digital tools, testimonials, or support content
These systems are customizable and may require you to insert your own personal or brand information (e.g., name, email, logos).
2. Ownership and Licensing
All digital assets are the intellectual property of Optymisr.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the systems for your own business. You may not resell, share, or redistribute them without written permission.
3. Payments and Refunds
All payments for high-ticket services and templates are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Refunds are only provided at our sole discretion. Payment processing is handled via third-party platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal), and we are not responsible for errors on their end.
4. No Guarantee of Results
While we provide tools and guidance to support your success, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue, or follower growth. Your results depend on your effort, niche, and external factors that are beyond our control
5. User Conduct
You agree to:
Use the systems ethically and legally
Not misrepresent our services or claim them as your own creation
Not engage in spam, harassment, or fraudulent behavior through our funnels
6. Termination
We reserve the right to revoke access to services if these Terms are violated.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the templates or coaching.
